Is this dough safe to eat raw?
Yes — completely. We use heat-treated almond flour (killing any raw-flour bacteria) and a no-egg formulation. That's how every legit edible-dough brand on the planet does it. You're safer with a spoon of DOH than a spoon of regular cookie batter.
What's actually in it?
Heat-treated almond flour, whey protein concentrate, jaggery + natural sweetener blend, cold-pressed coconut oil, dark chocolate chips (60% cocoa), vanilla, sea salt. No maida. No palm oil. No artificial flavours. Full ingredient list on every tub.
What makes it "healthier"?
Per scoop (30g): 10g protein, 50% less sugar than a typical chocolate chip cookie, zero maida, zero palm oil, zero artificial preservatives. We didn't try to make a "diet" cookie — we just rebuilt the recipe with grown-up ingredients.
Is it gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free?
Gluten-free: yes (almond-flour based). Dairy: contains whey protein — not dairy-free. Nuts: contains almonds, may have traces of other tree nuts. Vegan and dairy-free versions are on our roadmap, not in v1.
How do I bake them?
Pre-heat oven to 165°C / 325°F. Scoop the dough into 8 equal balls (or use a tablespoon). Place on a lined tray, flatten slightly. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool for 5 min — they firm up. Don't over-bake; gooey centre is the point.
How long does it last?
Refrigerated, sealed: 4 weeks from manufacture date. Once opened, finish within 10 days. Freezer-friendly — keeps 3 months in the freezer if you're a slow eater.
